Sharon Osbourne was born to her father Don Arden (Harry Levy) and her mother Hope (nee Shaw). Her parents are both dead now. Her father died in 2007 whereas her mother died in 1999. Both of her parents were of different descent. Sharon’s father was Ashkenazi Jewish and her mother was an Irish woman.

Her father formerly worked as manager of the band called Black Sabbath in which Sharon’s husband Ozzy Osbourne use to work. Sharon began dating her husband in 1979 when her father was managing his band. While having difficulty with her family relations Sharon remained far away from her father for 20 years and did not speak to him during these 20 years.

Sharon’s relationship with her mother was also not good. When she was 17 years old she shared with her mother that she has lost her virginity and is now two months pregnant.
